Nandita Khaire

Coming from a family of Advertising professionals, she has derived her training in advertising from Damodar Warrior, (ex Creative Director JWT) one of the leading creative gurus of Indian Advertising. She managed an advertising agency for more than 25 years and now is a branding and marketing consultant. She is Brand Director at UJA, a global advisory and business consulting firm, where she is responsible for GTM strategies, marketing and branding advisory to international companies coming to India.

Her core competencies lies in developing branding and marketing strategies, design & aesthetics, brand building, having serviced various B2C and B2B brands (process, food, hospitality, wellness, entertainment, manufacturing, retail, real estate, infrastructure etc).

With a zeal to pursue his passion and to build something from the ground up with his own hands,
Mehul first founded SoCheers.com in 2011 and then revamped it as a social media agency in 2013
with Siddharth Devnani.
Born and brought up in Mumbai, Mehul is an out-an out-city person. He loves living in the chaos.

Rahul Mishra

Mr. Rahul Mishra joined Shemaroo Entertainment in November 2017 and currently holds the position ofHead, Marketing and Communications.

Over the course of three years, Rahul has played a key role in shaping Shemaroo’s brand’s identity by leveraging emerging trends, thus striking a chord with the audiences and seeing success amongst competition. Hespearheaded Shemaroo’s ‘Brand Refresh’ that took place in 2018, wherein the company rebranded after 55 Years with new logo and tagline– India Khush Hua. He was also instrumental in Shemaroo expanding to newer business verticals such as in the OTT business with ShemarooMe and its entry into the Broadcast space with Shemaroo TV & Shemaroo MarathiBana.

He is a seasoned marketing professional and has a demonstrated history of helping brands excel in theMedia & Entertainment sector. His areas of specialization includes Marketing Management, OTT Marketing, Digital Strategy, Content Creation, Market Research, and Partnerships. Prior to joining Shemaroo, Rahul was the Chief Revenue Officer at CinePlay, an innovation in cinema that presents timeless stories as a digitally-immersive experience. He has had a series of successful stints, leading Marketing forIndiaCast, a Viacom18 & TV18 venture and BBC Global News, where he was the Asia Pacific Marketing Manager.

Rahul has pursued his MBA in Marketing from International Management Institute, New Delhi. He has also completed a one year Post Graduate Programme in General Management & Leadership from INSEAD, at the France & Singapore Campus.

Aman Dhall

Aman Dhall is an Indian communications specialist, widely known for his role in building the insurtech brand, Policybazaar.com. The company has emerged as a go to digital platform for death, disease & disability products in India, and is currently the most valued insurtech entity in the world, after its recent listing on the Indian bourses.

In 2019, Exchange4Media recognized Aman among India’s most influential gamechanger in the corporate communications and PR field. He has been also identified as India’s best young talent from the field of marketing, advertising, public relations and media, in various 40 under 40 lists by media houses.

He carries 16+ years of experience in media, financial services, consumer internet & development sector, and has worked in editorial, communications & advocacy roles with influential brands such as the Times of India group, UNICEF, SEDA and Magic Bus India Foundation.

He identifies himself as a proud intrapreneur, prior to PolicyBazaar, he established and ran a not-for-profit venture in the sport & development space for three years. In 2020 after his 6-year stint at Policybazaar Aman founded CommsCredible, an integrated communications agency.

During his time as an entrepreneur, he co-managed & implemented a sport development project, ‘Khel Vikas’, in collaboration with award-winning rural development organisation, Gram Vikas in Odisha and parts of Andhra Pradesh. The project supported over 1,500 tribal children with opportunities to play a sport, and pursue sporting excellence.

In his initial career, he was a journalist, and worked in the leading publications of The Times of India Group for six years. He was Principal Correspondent at The Economic Times, India’s largest business daily, when he left journalism, editing the two personal finance pages in the Sunday edition, and writing news stories & features on BFSI space.

His vision is to create a legacy for the communications fraternity who have been transforming India’s narrative with their storytelling prowess.

She brings with her more than 2 and a half decades of rich experience in the Media and Entertainment industry spanning Digital Media, Radio, TV & Documentary Films.

She is credited with building Radio City Digital into India’s first & leading online radio network with over 18 channels and a formidable presence on leading Social Media platforms with millions of hours of original content and strategic alliances with numerous international organizations.
A Multi-Media professional, she has worked with Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd (Times FM, Times Internet) prior to joining Radio City 91.1 FM. She has held leadership roles in the areas of Media Product Development, Digital Brand Building, Content Production & Management in the past.
In her career, she has worn many hats – New Media content creator, TV & Documentary producer, Radio content & commercial producer and many more
Rachna holds a degree in Botany (Hons) from Delhi University and a Diploma in Mass Media.

Have started my career from Ad-agencies in 2002 , in 2004 I got a break in Star plus, I have also worked with NDTV Imagine , Disney , Turner , India cast -Viacom International channels… from Broadcasting Channels To OTT platform ..this journey was interesting for me I have enjoyed each phase of my working career ….…. I have learnt a lot from my previous Bosses and work.
Now It’s been nearly 3.9 years now since I’ve been handling ZEE5 Global Content strategy and Planning, and it’s been the most amazing experience to understand the need gaps of viewers in different countries and use this understanding to continuously improve the quality of decisions we make towards achieving our business goals. Having experience in Consumer insights in broadcast has also helped !
