  • What are Inkspell’s rights over the content submitted?
    Inkspell drivers of digital awards is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Submission of any entry (including Online Film & Video entries) acknowledges the right of Inkspell drivers of digital awards to use it for exhibition, promotion and publication purposes in any medium.
  • What are the steps in completing the submission of an entry?
    Create an account/log in →Click on Submit Entry → Choose a category & sub-category → Fill in the details of the entry → Upload the project/work file or URL → Make Payment→ Repeat process for Multiple Entries
  • How to register for drivers of digital awards?

    Click on ‘Register’ Tab to create an account for drivers of digital awards 2019. After creating the account use the user ID and password to Log-In. Select the Category and Sub-Category you wish to submit your entry for. Fill in the details, Save and Exit. You can edit it and make changes whenever required. Submit the entry and make the payment as per the stated deadlines.

  • Who can submit a nomination for drivers of digital awards 2019?
    Anyone who has created an account can submit any number of entries across all categories after paying the required fee online. However, all entries must be original and the entrant must either own the work or have permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. In the event that an entrant without such rights submits an entry, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition.
  • What is the fee for submitting an Entry?
  • Who can create an account for drivers of digital awards?
    Any company, organisation, institution, agency, consultancy, group or individual which has done any project that qualifies under any of the categories of awards within drivers of digital awards can create an account. For the same company/entity, any number of entries can be made using the same account.
  • What should be the file format of the entry for submission?
    Any readable file format which clearly and comprehensively demonstrates the project/work in a way that it could be comprehended and assessed for judgment is accepted.
  • What is the last date for submission of an entry?

    Entries for nomination would only be accepted till November 15, 2019 – 2300 hours.

  • What are the payment options available?

    Online and Offline

    Online method – You can use the PayU payment gateway at the end of each form. Alternatively, mail us the number of entries you are submitting at [email protected] and we shall generate a separate PayU link for you.
    Offline method – You may send a cheque to the following address with “Inkspell Solutions LLP” as the Payee:

    In case of Offline payment, we shall submit your forms from the backend once the payment is made.

  • Can the same company/agency submit more than one entry in the same category?

    Yes, the same company/agency can submit more than one entry in the same category. However, all the projects nominated should have been executed from 1st April 2018 – 31st October 2019.

  • Can the same project be submitted by both the company and the agency?
    The same project cannot be submitted separately by two different entities. However, any project could be submitted as a joint entry by two or more entities in unanimity.
  • How do I avail bulk discount?

    Mail us the number of entries you are submitting at [email protected] and we shall generate a separate discounted PayU link for you

    Fill out all the forms you wish to submit and click on ‘save and exit’.

    Your forms will be saved in History dashboard.

    Select the form[s] for which you wish to make the payment from your History dashboard and click on make payment

    The applicable discount will be applied and you will be redirected to the payment gateway.

  • Can I make changes after submitting the entry?
    Yes, you can make the desired changes by visiting your history dashboard and clicking on the edit button against the appropriate form ID. However, once the form is locked post submission and payment, you cannot make any changes.
