This award will be presented to the scheme that can be shown to have created an effective bond between customers and vendors using an implemented loyalty, gift or engagement scheme. The judges will be seeking evidence that the scheme has created broad acceptance from customers in terms of take up, and real value for the company – whether in retail, financial services, gaming, entertainment or hospitality and leisure. The nomination should include details of the technology and systems used, as well as hard figures on use etc. Nominations are welcome from the retail, financial services, gaming, entertainment or hospitality and leisure sectors, from either suppliers or end users.
